📝 Your Memories, 100% Yours

First things first: every photo you curate, every vintage filter edit you make, every 280-character whisper you write, every ambient soundscape or 20-second voice note you attach belongs fully and only to you. We never claim any rights over your content, period.

Since you don't need to register an account or log in to use every single Sprivo feature, all of your stitch work saves to your local device by default. We don't store any of your personal information, your photos, or your voice notes on our servers unless you choose to turn on optional cloud backup for cross-device sync. Even if you do that, we'll never scan, access, or share your backup content with any third party for any reason.

If you ever choose to share your finished memory stitch to social media or send it directly to a friend, that's 100% your call - we don't add any hidden tracking or forced watermarks to content you export without your explicit permission.

✨ What You Can (And Can't) Do With Sprivo

All core Sprivo features are totally free to use forever, no paywalls, no ads, no hidden catches. You can curate up to 3 photos a day, play with all our vintage film filters, rotation and brightness tools, customizable watermarks, add as many whispers and soundscapes as you want, stitch together as many memory entries as your device can hold, and browse, replay, and revisit them whenever you want, no limits.

We only ask two small things:

• Only upload or add content that you own or have full permission to use. Don't add photos of other people without their consent, don't use copyrighted music or sound clips you don't have rights to for your soundscapes.
• Don't use Sprivo to create content that hurts, harasses, or exploits other people. We want this to be a gentle, safe space for everyone to hold their little life fragments.

🤝 Our Promises To You

We built Sprivo because we believe the tiny, mundane, forgotten fragments of daily life are worth holding onto. Here's what you can always expect from us:

• We will never add mandatory logins to access core features. You never have to give us your name, email, phone number, or any other personal info to use Sprivo.
• We will never run ads in the app, never track your usage, never sell any data (we don't even collect most data in the first place) to any advertiser, data broker, or third party.
• We will keep updating our filter library, editing tools, and stitching features for free, and we'll always announce big changes in the app at least 2 weeks before they roll out, so you never get a surprise update that changes how your memory library works.
• If you run into issues with lost content, glitches, or have feature requests, you can reach out to us anytime and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

🧩 If Things Go Wrong

We test Sprivo as much as we can, but no app is perfect. If you accidentally delete local memory entries and haven't backed them up to the cloud, we won't be able to recover them for you, since we never had a copy in the first place. We recommend you export your favorite stitch entries to your device's photo gallery regularly to keep them safe.

If we ever have to shut down Sprivo for any reason (we really don't plan to!), we'll give you 6 months advance notice, and give you a simple tool to export all your cloud-backed up memories in full, original quality, no hoops to jump through.
